Excellent glare reduction and clarity

These glasses are a perfect choice for drivers looking to reduce glare and reflections without sacrificing clarity or depth perception. I have a black car with a tan interior and in bright light had substantial difficulty seeing the road through the reflection of the dashboard. I tried the regular "Drivers" lenses and they did not reduce the reflection substantially. The Polarized Drivers do the trick. The glasses do in fact reduce glare and reflections while improving clarity and depth perception. A must for drivers with light colored dashboards.

Great Lenses... but...

I was very pleased with the weight and outlook of my first pair of Serengeti Vento when I first got them as I was watching this particular style for quite a long time. However, I started to get disappointed when the coating of the frame of the sunglasses started to chip off bit by bit only after a month or two. This was even more disturbing because the chipping off was not the result of the sunglasses falling from heights.However, although I spent most of the summer in the sun, I never had problem with these LENSES. The lenses are easy to clean and hard to get scratched up. The vision is superb and the clarity of images is way beyond anything I tried before! However, after six months of careful handling of these sunglasses, I can only conclude the Serengeti lenses are excellent and really sturdy though the quality of the frame is not quite up to par, I wish the company would have chosen a different compound as the shiny gold frame material so that the coating does not come off after such a short period of time.I definitely will get another pair of Serengeti with 555nm polarized lens in the future, though I will not consider this shiny gold material ever again.

Rubber Covers Fall Off!

This particular model of Serengeti has rubberized covers over the ends of the ear pieces. I bought them to wear with a helmet because of their shape...not too big in the corners. When you take them off wearing a helmet, the covers don't stay on the glasses. I've almost lost the covers several times and won't take them riding anymore.I love Serengeti but not this style.
