Not sure if polarized

I received these and they look and fit great but I am not sure if they are actually polarized. Usually with polarized glasses if I turn my phone to landscape mode the screen is no longer visible, this is not the case with these lenses. Is there another way to confirm? I would like to make sure I got what I paid for.Update, I did some standard testing for these, like rotating them to see if glare reduces. Glare should fade in and out every 90 degrees the issues that these seem to be a little off. Instead of changing then the lens is straight up and down its more like when they are rotated 30 degrees.
