"Item arrived with a scratch on the lenses ( sunglasses), i contacted right away by email the seller, and after 4 days by phone. At this present time i did not receive any email or call back. My only request was how to go forward with the matter. Poor customer service and really check your purchase . Might want to support local economy and stop sponsoring internet sales. Disappointed."

Received the wrong product

I've bought Tom Ford Jennifer and got the Whitney model instead, although it was described like it was Jennifer all over (box, invoice, order details). I'm am extremely disappointing, since I'm from another country and came to USA this week to get the pack, and won't be able to wait for the right model to be replaced.

Not what I ordered

I simply did not get what I ordered. I ordered Tom Ford sunglasses in Jennifer, but inside the box was the Whitney style. Even though the box said Jennifer on it. I had to go to the post office and return. Very inconvenient.
