Saved my Eye

This is my second pair. I was at Talladega in the pits. During Denny Hamlin's pit stop a lug nut flew off and hit me in the glasses. They were badly scratched but in tact. I love my Wiley X glasses. Definitely go with polarized you will see the world in a different light.

Very nice glasses

I got these glasses from a promotion and am very pleased with the quality. You can tell that they are flexible and sturdy and well made (nice markings etc.). These glasses happen to look as expensive as they cost (which is somewhat rare for sunglasses).Mine have the blue polished lenses and I've never seen this color of blue lens on glasses before (not even on REVOS, or Maui Jim etc..). So, the color is unique, and very cool looking - it's not overly blue, or cheesy looking. These glasses are polarized, and have shatter-proof lenses (they are ANSI rated for small projetiles). They make good use of light and aren't like darker lenses on many sunglasses. They actually brighten your vision, while keeping out the bad rays. So, there is a brightness to wearing these. There is a rubber nose piece which feels good when they are in place. Your side-cheek bones will also hold up the glasses, along with your nose and ears. And, this is different than most glasses I've ever worn. My guess is that my cheeks are holding about 50% of the glasses weight. So at first, it feels unique, but once you get them situated on your face/head, they are very light, and feel good in place. Therefore, I think these would be real good long-wear glasses (very light on you). If you worry about a farmer's tan, these might not be for you.. They have very wide sides to them which cover the skin on sides of your face. I don't mind because I take on a few rays without glasses on during summer. The lenses aren't too big, but are moderately big. So, if you have a small head, these may not be for you either.These shades come with all and more features that most glasses in this price range (handsome case, neck strap, and polishing cloth included too). So, if you want to sunglasses which are high quality, and high saftey - look no further - they are worth the money. Wiley X ZAK are very good and look good too!
